Xchangeteam, founded in 1999, is the pioneering, freelance and permanent people resourcing company in marketing and creative services.

We are a "one-stop shop" operating across a wide range of sectors whilst still remaining a specialist. The sectors we work in include communications & PR, marketing, events, design, advertising, media, digital and editorial.

We are constantly innovating in order to offer our two key customer bases - our clients and our freelance consultants / permanent candidates - the best possible service.

We have created specific programmes such as Next Generation (graduates) and InterXchange (non-UK professionals) to tackle skills shortages; we have introduced the Xpoints Rewards Programme, a leap forward in rewarding the talent we represent so we ensure we attract the best; we are working closely with the REC, our industry body, to improve standards in resourcing and our CEO Emma Brierley has written and published "Talent on Tap" advising companies on how to get the best out of freelance talent.

Our innovative approach has been recognised with wins in the 2005 REC Awards for Best Temporary Recruitment Agency and the 2006 London Excellence Awards for Customer Focus.

Xchangeteam's team philosophy ensures a supportive environment both internally and externally. We are Investors in People accredited and our agents all participate in our internal training Academy acknowledging that we look after our own staff as much as we value our clients and talent pool.
