Xchangeteam Head Office has been based in London since its launch in 1999 and moved to the heart of London’s creative district in Holborn in 2004. Our modern office forms the hub of the Xchangeteam operation and as well as housing a team of Agents, it is also home to our support functions – Marketing, IT and Accounts.

The London market is currently buoyant and demand for talent is high as we come out of the recession that previously hit marketing and creative services budgets hard. While many employment and recruitment agencies that stuck to tried and tested recruitment methods floundered, Xchangeteam adopted a revolutionary approach to recruitment to rival the approach of traditional agencies. We now work to provide freelance consultants and permanent candidates to all major agencies and Plcs (including FTSE 100 companies), public sector organisations and charities. Over 8000 freelance consultants and permanent candidates are registered with Xchangeteam’s Head Office in London. Assignments covered by our London Head Office could be based in one of fifteen major cities and towns, including Belfast, Dublin, Cork, Norwich, Birmingham, Cambridge, Oxford, Cardiff, Bristol, Reading, Exeter, Southampton, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

At our Xchangeteam Head Office is Café Xchange, the only coffee bar in the UK dedicated to marketing and creative professionals. Consultants are invited to drop-in regularly to talk to an Agent, catch up on the latest job opportunities, hotdesk using our state-of-the-art computer systems, complete online registrations, update CVs or browse our media library and of course claim a steaming hot cup of coffee!
