Lee joined Xchangeteam in September 2008 as a Senior Agent, working in the Marketing Agency team. She has five years of Recruitment experience and five years of integrated agency experience. A graduate of Lancaster University in Advertising & Marketing she headed straight for London, securing a place on a Graduate training programme at a top ten Agency then going on to work both freelance and permanent at a range of TTL agencies working on international FMCG and Blue chip brands.

She rose to Senior Account Manager before she moved to recruitment.

Kate Kentish started her career as a radio journalist before moving into the advertising industry. Having worked her way up to Account Director level at Bates (now part of Ogilvy) she moved into recruitment in the mid 1990’s under the misguided impression that it might mean a slightly less frantic lifestyle! 

Having spent several years running the integrated agency division at a small recruitment agency called Management Match, Kate joined an ex-colleague at Pricejamieson where she spent the next five years heading up their Integrated Agency Division.  In 2008 Kate joined Xchangeteam’s marketing and creative team working with most top London agencies.

Kate lives in North London but spends as much time as possible by the seaside at her other home in South Devon where she can be found stomping along the cliffs when she’s not in the pub.

Wayne has 17 years recruitment experience with 11 of those years held within the IT industry. He recently joined Xchangeteam from Network a small design related recruitment agency where he recruited candidates for central Europe and the Middle East within the brand communications, retail and integrated environments for almost six years.

Now a Senior Agent within the marketing agency team, Wayne has found a calmer path within the design and creative industry and will be recruiting across client services, new business and strategy planning within the brand communications, integrated marketing and design arena.

In his spare time Wayne enjoys teaching Martial Arts (Kick boxing) on a one to one or group basis.

Bryony joined Xchangeteam this August with almost 20 years experience in TTL agencies, such as TBWA, OgilvyAction, Dialogue141 and The Marketing Store. Fresh from the agency world with her appreciation of the dynamics at all levels, she is well equipped not only to evaluate role fit but also to provide advice and guidance to both candidates and clients.

As a working mother of three little ones, she has worked to achieve a great work/life balance and makes time for running, which after her London Marathon participation is her love/hate passion!
