Salaries to £25k - £3500.00 fixed fee
Salaries from £25001 to £35000 - £5000.00 fixed fee
Salaries from £35001 to £49999 - £6500.00 fixed fee
Salaries from £50k plus - 15% of salary.
Rebates terms as standard (to be taken from Xchangeteam terms of business)
A full recruitment service, including dedicated Account Manager until the relevant candidate is placed.
- Account Manager throughout the campaign
- Visit the client for formal and extensive brief
- Expert assistance with writing the advertisement for the role
- Post to Top 10 relevant sites and Bristol Media and Talent Retention Scheme
- Assistance with writing job descriptions and person specifications
- Help plan recruitment and retention strategy, short, medium and long term
- First interview all candidates
- Briefing candidates on the role and interview preparation
- Arranging (and attending if required) first interviews between client and candidate
- Feedback after first interview stage
- Arranging (and attending if required) second interviews/presentations between client and candidate
- Feedback after second interview stage
- Negotiate and present offer for candidate
- Arrange and assist with placement, first day/week support
- Feedback and statistics on the campaign
- Ongoing support for the business from dedicated Account Manager
