Facebook Masterclass
Overview:
Whether you use Facebook personally or for marketing purposes or both, keeping up to date with all the changes and new features offered by the main consumer and marketing network can be time consuming. This course will specifically look at how brands, companies and products should use Facebook in marketing activity from formulating a campaign strategy through to measuring results.

Twitter Masterclass
Overview
Twitter can be one of the simplest social media tools to use; but using it well and to good effect is another matter. This course offers hints and tips on how to get the most out of Twitter for both B2B and consumer sectors.

Linkedin has become a very powerful networking tool. This course will help you understand how to get the most out of this great business tool for marketing your company, brand or service. The range of features will be explained and individual sectors will be looked at to show the scope of the network.

Joanna Randall – Talking Heads Trainer.
Joanna’s career spans 17 years in PR and full service marketing agencies. As Head of PR for McCann Erickson Bristol she set up the specialist social media unit SoMe in 2009 and established the annual UK Social Media Marketers’ Index.
She now runs her own PR and social media agency, PurpleFish PR, which offers specialist social media expertise and senior PR consultancy services by integrating digital media channels with more traditional communication methods.
As a consultant to Social Heads (
www.socialheads.co.uk) she provides social media implementation packages direct to businesses and creative agencies. Joanna is a social media trainer to several of the South West’s leading PR and marketing agencies and has also run social media training sessions for the CIPR’s Communicator conference.
