  • Maggie Maupin


 Margaret "Maggie" Maupin joined Xchangeteam in January 2004 as an Agent in the PR and communications team, bringing eight years of industry experience in both consultancy and corporate communications to her role. Before joining, she worked as a freelance PR consultant, working with a wide range of clients in both the US and UK. Her early career was spent as a PR Manager for an ADSL company in the US and then as a Head of PR for a cable entertainment company.

Maggie currently heads up Xchangeteam’s Clientside Marketing and Events team as well as the PR and communications team. She continues to work directly with clients and candidates, and loves talking to fellow North Americans about their skills and businesses.

She holds a BA degree in political science from Boston College and an MBA from Middlesex University. In her spare time she’s a busy property developer (or is that painter-decorator?) and has been restoring an old Victorian townhouse in Kent with her husband.

  • Anthony Kayne

Anthony joined Xchangeteam in August 2004, following more than seven years PR agency experience, both in permanent and freelance roles.  He specialises in recruiting within internal and corporate communications across all sectors and also for all PR and communications roles within professional services.

A born and bred Liverpudlian, Anthony is an avid Liverpool supporter and in a previous life had a Saturday job making and selling balloon decorations for weddings, christenings and parties.

  • Katie Austin


 Katie is a Senior Agent on the PR and communications team having joined the company in January 2008. She graduated from the University of Durham, moved to London and started her working life as a Press Officer at the Women’s Institute concentrating on campaigns and events PR. She then decided to make the move into recruitment and quickly grew a client base spanning the third sector, public sector, consumer, media and corporate sectors with a mix of agency and in-house clients and works with candidates at all levels from graduates through to directors.

In her spare time Katie loves cooking, shopping, travelling to sunny places to top up the tan, running and going back home to the Suffolk countryside!

  • Sara Duffy


 Having joined Xchangeteam in 2003 after working in PR, Sara is a Senior Agent in the PR and communications team. She specialises in the retail, FMCG and consumer technology sectors looking after permanent and freelance positions at all levels. Working with some of the biggest names on the high street, she is always looking to build on her client portfolio.

When not working, Sara can usually be found on the sidelines of a rugby pitch cheering on her local team, running, pretending she knows what she’s doing in the garden or making people look beautiful as she’s also a qualified Make-Up Artist.

  • Debby Clark


 Debby has been an Agent with Xchangeteam since 2000.  Before joining Xchangeteam, Debby gained eight years consumer PR and event management experience working for consultancies such as Jackie Cooper PR, Freud Communications and The Rowland Company, as well as working in-house for the Dogs Trust.

At Xchangeteam, Debby works within the PR and communications team.   She specialises in ethical, consumer and public sector healthcare through to general consumer and FMCG across agency and in-house clients.

Outside of work, her daughter, Lulu, keeps her very busy!

  • Fiona Craig


Fiona is a senior agent bringing with her three years of public sector/not for profit recruitment experience in PR and communications.  Before moving into recruitment Fiona worked for over eight years in PR within the not for profit sector with her last role as PR manager for the children’s charity Whizz-Kidz.  She now specialises in recruiting in the public sector/not for profit sector both permanent and interim at all levels.  Having worked in the sector for over 10 years Fiona brings with her a lot of contacts and knowledge of the market.

In her spare time Fiona loves shopping, going out on her bike and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

  • Lucy Caouki


 Lucy joined Xchangeteam in October 2009, bringing five years of recruitment experience from high street to Public Sector and Creative. She most recently worked as a consultant for a creative recruitment agency specialising in digital and design, in house and agency roles within fashion, beauty and luxury goods. Lucy has experience placing at all levels, and in 2006 won Best Consultant of the year across 72 branches whilst at Meridian Business Support, a high street recruitment agency.

Lucy has broad experience across a range of industries such as broadcast, legal, tech, retail and public sector, which she hopes to develop further at Xchangeteam.

In her spare time Lucy likes to spend time with friends and family, usually with a glass of red in her hand watching The X Factor, shopping in London’s west end or singing her heart out at Karaoke!!

  • Damien Bell


 Damien joined Xchangeteam in May 2010 and now specialises in permanent and freelance PR recruitment across the B2B Technology sector.

Having spent five years within legal recruitment, Damien has a proven track record in delivering staffing solutions to some of the globe’s most prestigious law firms. Well known in the legal  field as a trusted consultant Damien focused on business support covering executive assistants, marketing, document production and paralegal recruitment. Damien also spent a number of years working within the hospitality industry as both an Operational Manager and Marketing/PR Manager for one of Europe’s largest leisure and entertainment companies.

When Damien isn’t in the gym, he spends his spare time eating out, visiting exhibitions or frequenting the East London club scene. Further afield he is happy laying on a beach in Thailand or snowboarding down the Alps.
