PR & Communications

Katie is a Senior Agent on the PR and communications team having joined the company in January 2008. She graduated from the University of Durham, moved to London and started her working life as a Press Officer at the Women’s Institute concentrating on campaigns and events PR. She then decided to make the move into recruitment and quickly grew a client base spanning the third sector, public sector, consumer, media and corporate sectors with a mix of agency and in-house clients and works with candidates at all levels from graduates through to directors.

In her spare time Katie loves cooking, shopping, travelling to sunny places to top up the tan, running and going back home to the Suffolk countryside!

Having joined Xchangeteam in 2003 after working in PR, Sara is a Senior Agent in the PR and communications team. She specialises in the retail, FMCG and consumer technology sectors looking after permanent and freelance positions at all levels. Working with some of the biggest names on the high street, she is always looking to build on her client portfolio.

When not working, Sara can usually be found on the sidelines of a rugby pitch cheering on her local team, running, pretending she knows what she’s doing in the garden or making people look beautiful as she’s also a qualified Make-Up Artist.

Debby has been an Agent with Xchangeteam since 2000.  Before joining Xchangeteam, Debby gained eight years consumer PR and event management experience working for consultancies such as Jackie Cooper PR, Freud Communications and The Rowland Company, as well as working in-house for the Dogs Trust.

At Xchangeteam, Debby works within the PR and communications team.   She specialises in ethical, consumer and public sector healthcare through to general consumer and FMCG across agency and in-house clients.

Outside of work, her daughter, Lulu, keeps her very busy!

Lucy recently joined PR and communications team, specialising in permanent and freelance placements for Financial and Corporate clients, across agency and in-house. She has over five years experience in recruitment, and has specialised in the PR sector for the last two and half years.

A definite country girl at heart, she enjoys riding her horse, often with her dog in tow!  She also loves her action holidays, whether that is walking through the mountains or kayaking in the rivers! Plus she often indulges in her definite shopping fetish!

Charlotte joined Xchangeteam from an extensive PR background, with over seven year’s experience, both client and agency-side covering big brand consumer tech, financial services and travel PR.  Charlotte is currently specialising in the technology sphere.
Out of the office, Charlotte has a passion for beauty and holistic therapies, carrying out semi-permanent eyelash extensions and reiki treatments in her spare time.
