Neil Hamilton

Neil started in recruitment in 1997 and went on to ride the rollercoaster of the dotcom boom and bust, where he also got involved in a start-up interactive TV development company. Neil joined Xchangeteam in November 2004; he recruits across technical positions ranging from web developers to project managers, usability consultants and technical directors. He also turns his hand to recruiting account handler roles from junior to senior.

Directly prior to joining Xchangeteam, he was responsible for managing the development of a portal for a subsidiary of a major UK retailer.

In his own time Neil is a part time marine ecologist and has a passion for classic cars (currently owning a Mercedes 280slc).

Jennifer Baldwin

Jen has been working in Recruitment since graduating with a Business Management degree in 2005. She has worked in both IT and Media recruitment companies incorporating a great mix for the Technical team.

Specialising in recruiting technical positions including Developers (C#/.Net/ASP.Net, Web, Flash & Java to name a few) Digital Project Managers, Informational Architects and SEO amongst others across all levels. A keen networker Jen likes keeping up to date with market trends and spotting new opportunities.

Jen enjoys living by the seaside, shopping, planning her next exotic holiday and spending time with family and friends where she can often be found out and about around London socialising!
