Rodney joined Xchangeteam in October 2007 after three and a half years working within public sector and not-for-profit recruitment.  He is experienced in setting up new recruitment desks and has successfully developed markets and managed teams within the industry.  Rodney’s specialism at Xchangeteam is in providing the best Marketing & Events candidates on the market within the Public Sector, Not-for-Profit, Professional Services and the Pharmaceutical Sectors amongst others. 

Rodney spends most his spare time indulging in his two passions, music and sport.  If he is not going to a local gig or a summer music festival you will find him watching his beloved Fulham FC or even teaching snowboarding using his professional instructor qualification.

Sharon joined Xchangeteam in October 2009, bringing ten years industry experience at ITV plc and four years experience within recruitment as a Marketing Consultant.  She most recently worked as a permanent MR consultant, and is well placed to work on junior to International Director level roles, where she has worked with a wide range of clients. Before that, she was a Media Sales Group Head for ITV plc.

With broad experience in the media broadcast, film & entertainment, publishing and retail sectors, Sharon has worked with clients such as BBC, Discovery Networks Europe Ltd, ITV plc, Odeon, Which?, and Harper Collins.

Lizzie Bewick joined Xchangeteam in May 2010, where her experience spans both the recruitment and technology/telecommunications industries.

Having begun her career with Kelly Services; Lizzie moved to GR Law, Legal Recruitment Specialists and progressed to the position of Team Manager.  She then embarked on a life changing year-long adventure in rural Donegal... When she returned to the ‘Big Smoke’; Lizzie became employee number 5 at SpinVox – a technology communications start-up that grew to over 400 employees globally.  Working in the capacity of Marketing Manager, she was responsible for global events (including MWC & CTIA), internal communications and brand awareness. 

During precious time off, Lizzie likes nothing more than taking in the cultural offerings of London.  She’s also an avid film buff!
