After a four year stint in journalism and PR, Deenita began her editorial recruitment career back in 1999 and has never looked back since. She has set up and managed recruitment teams,  has a proven track record in placing freelance and permanent editorial and internal communications talent (Editors, Writers, Journalists, Subs, Intranet Editors, Internal Comms Managers and Copywriters to name a few), both on and off-line within a number of vertical markets.

Deenita has in-depth understanding of the sectors she recruits in and nurtures this knowledge further via her position as Regional Director on the London Committee for The Institute of Internal Communications

In addition to being a fanatical football supporter of Liverpool FC, Deenita is also a qualified Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP and in her spare time, walks on hot coals, broken glass and can guide anyone into a trance!

• Pippa Mahon

Craig joined Xchangeteam in April 2011, he aspires to find the best talent in Editorial and lead them to new ventures. Craig is a fully accredited NCTJ journalist, with experience of working with award-winning national newspapers. In-between journalism and recruitment Craig worked as one of those ‘good old Estate Agents’ for two years, but to be given the opportunity to combine his childhood passions - journalism and writing in the recruitment world was an opportunity that he couldn’t miss.

When he’s not poring through CVs and advertising some of the great roles on offer, Craig is a big sports fan and plays semi-professional football in the Ryman League and also enjoys hitting the gym. However, he does have a feminine side and after a long hard day loves nothing more than a large glass of Pinot Grigio Blush whilst listening to some Michael Buble.

Pippa joined Xchangeteam in June 2011, from a corporate and public sector recruitment background, where she ran a very successful Freelance desk placing roles throughout the UK. Pippa brings with her a wealth of recruitment experience, and will be managing all account management roles from Exec to senior levels within the brand, retail and digital spectrum.

Prior to joining Xchangeteam, Pippa studied Criminology and Social Sciences at Cardiff, working for various promotions and marketing agencies throughout her studies. Pippa loves to travel and spent time working in the USA prior to moving to London.

In her spare time Pippa can often be found in central London at networking at events, out with friends or on the London club scene. When not out on the town in London, Pippa can be found near any green space indulging in any one of her outdoor passions for horse riding and exercising.
