Kelle fell into recruitment by mistake in 1997, when a friend asked if she would like to join her as a temp “copy typing CV’s” at Badenoch & Clark...and that was it, she fell in love with recruitment and has sat in nearly every seat within the industry over the last 13 years.  From team secretary, to senior team administrator, to a permanent consultant. Kelle realised her main strengths lay in administration and she is now in her dream position of office manager in a successful recruitment company.

When not at work you can usually find Kelle at a local bar letting off steam with a large glass of Rose, meeting with friends, shopping, planning her next (HOT) holiday or spending time with her two gorgeous Shih-Tzu’s - CC & JJ.

Kim joined Xchangeteam in May 2006 as receptionist before moving to support the PR & Comms, Editorial and Marketing teams.  Now the Marketing Coordinator Kim is responsible for marketing budgets, jobs boards and all things related. 

Kim is very proud to have been born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe. She is an avid cricket and tennis fan and enjoys playing both sports. She had the privilege of captaining the Zimbabwe Schools' Tennis Team when she was 18.

Fiona joined Xchangeteam in July 2008 after freelancing with us. Since graduating in 2007 from Goldsmiths University in History and Sociology, she has worked in a wide variety of organisations but despite the lure of the freelance lifestyle, Xchangeteam managed to persuade her to go permanent!   Fiona now gives administrative support to the PR & Comms, Clientside Marketing & Events, Media, Editorial and Technical teams.

In her spare time she loves shopping and eating out and in the future would love to visit the home of Sex and the City – New York.

Sophia has been with Xchangeteam for three years dealing with both the purchase ledger payments and sales ledger credit control -  raising all statements and helping to sort out client queries as well as organising staff events to raise morale.

Her previous experience includes having worked as an accredited Assessor for Business Admin, Call Handling & Customer Service, as well as a Finance Manager/ Administrator for a range of different companies – the last one with a Landscape Architectural practice.

In her spare time you’ll often find her creating ‘up and coming’ new designs for tiles, wallpaper book arts, textiles and creating soft furnishings. Having just graduated from the University Of the Arts with a degree in Surface Design the world is her oyster!

Nicola joined Xchangeteam in August 2009, having recently moved to London from Bristol.  Since graduating in Graphic Design she has worked in a variety of administration support and customer service roles for various companies and organisations in Bristol.

In her spare time she is most happy drawing, designing and crafting, baking and visiting new places.

Nooshin Bakhshi is one of the latest members to Xchangeteam and joined, after a brief encounter in a local Public House and a few glasses of wine, opened up her current position as PT receptionist. Some would say her CV is colourful; spanning from secretary, to a spell in TV to an investment bank where she finally saw the light and made a quick exit to Thailand. One month on she began her career as Fashion Stylist and has worked across a range of shoots, personally styling and shopping for the last few years. Pursuing her passion for creating the perfect fit

Nooshin is currently embarking on setting up her own ladies tailoring company, creating bespoke designs for day and evening-wear. She also enjoys red wine, cheese and walking her beloved dog jack.
