Support Team

Natalie joined Xchangeteam in March 2011 from a fashion, retail background, formerly working for luxury brands such as LK Bennett, Aspinal of London and CoutureLab. She is now representing Xchangeteam as our Marketing and Communications Manager.

Natalie chose to move into recruitment as she wanted to work in a more diverse role for a company with strong key values and work ethics. She already has exciting plans to develop and expand Xchangeteam with our communication strategy, so watch this space!

In her spare time Natalie is a budding photographer; she studied analogue photography at college and is self taught in digital. She has asked us to mention that she is available for Weddings and Bar Mitzvahs!

Tom started at Xchangeteam in late September 2009, bringing with him three and a half years accounts experience working for recruitment companies such as Greatfleet Plc and then QPS Group Plc who specialise in the IT and Banking industry. He is currently studying a CIMA course, he hopes to be fully qualified in a couple of years.

Tom loves football and most sports in general and tries to play on the weekend. He loves nothing more than watching Chelsea beat whatever opposition is put in front of them. Also loves looking after his lovely little sister and four beautiful nieces and socialising with friends and family in the vast pubs and clubs in the beautiful city of London.

Louisa joined Xchangeteam in February 2011 and quickly progressed from our receptionist to our invaluable Team Coordinator.  Prior to working as a receptionist, she gained high end customer service experience working for a luxury retail brand.

Louisa keeps herself motivated by attending the gym as often as she can and enjoys taking time out shopping and socialising with friends. She is currently living in Kent however, there is no where better for her than in the City environment which she loves for its great shops and bars. In the future Louisa would love to travel to Australia and hopes to develop a career within the Recruitment Industry.
