Xchangeteam has joined the Recruitment Trade Body, APSCo (Association of Professional Staffing Companies) as its focus on professional services recruitment reflects Xchangeteam's business. As a recognised industry leader, Xchangeteam Chairman, Emma Brierley, has joined the APSCo Board and one of her first tasks is to launch a new Marketing Sector Group under the APSCo banner which will have three main aims:
- To raise professional standards within our sector:
- Always obtain your permission before forwarding your CV to clients
- Fully brief you before interviews and help you prepare suitably
- Following interviews, provide constructive feedback from clients
- At placement stage, negotiate salary and contract terms on your behalf
- To give its members a commercial edge
- To provide functional support and training
