We operate a professional and personal registration service, to assess and analyse all who register with us, as we understand companies need this peace of mind.

To ensure that we continue to provide the best professionals, we are continually improving our registration processes in conjunction with industry experts.

Currently, all our freelance consultants and permanent candidates are required to complete an in-depth registration process which includes:

• Provision of two professional references.
• An hour-long interview conducted by one of our agents to assess expertise, experience and aspirations.
• A unique "Aftercare Service" on longer-term freelance roles and permanent jobs to ensure that the all important first few months go well. This mentoring system allows for any unforeseen issues or concerns to be addressed in an informal manner.

In addition, freelance consultants are asked to:

• Sign a contract, which includes a confidentiality and copyright clause
• Complete online skills forms which are subsequently graded

If you have hired one of our freelance consultants, to give extra reassurance, their performance is monitored via feedback questionnaires after each assignment and our unique rewards programme incentivises best practice.

Freelance consultants who fail to meet our standards are removed from our register.
