  • Liz Snell


Liz has worked in recruitment in the South West since 1991, and has specialised in creative, marketing and PR recruitment since 1997. Having founded and sold three successful recruitment businesses, Liz brings valuable experience to Xchangeteam, and is enjoying developing the regional offices for the company.

Qualified by the Diploma in Recruitment Practice, awarded by the CIPR in the South West for Outstanding Contribution to the PR Industry, and currently studying a degree in Recruitment Practice, Liz is entirely dedicated to provide first class service for colleagues, candidates and clients alike. When asked what makes her successful, Liz replies - "endless energy, the ability to spot an opportunity and act on it, and the support of a great team”.

  • Melanie Scobbie


 After graduating from Heriot-Watt University, Melanie began her PR career agency side within the consumer & lifestyle sector working with brands such as: Coca-Cola, Virgin Trains, Graduate Fashion Week, Mattel and P&G Beauty. She then went on to hold the position of European PR Manager for a major, premium hair care brand. With 8 years industry experience behind her, Melanie moved into PR & Communications recruitment in London, early 2007.

In October 2009, she joined Xchangeteam, working alongside Liz Snell to launch a fully fledged South West division covering PR, Marketing & Creative recruitment on a permanent, freelance and contract basis across all levels.

In her spare time, Melanie enjoys discovering new wines, taking in the odd city break and dressing up with her three year old daughter, Annabel.

  • Christina Gyles

With a background in  IT recruitment resourcing, Christina joined the company as a South West team Resourcer. Christina has a highly creative and tech background, with a Fine Art BA (Hons) degree and an interest in web building, html and design. A typical day will see Christina registering candidates and preparing them for interview, as well as sourcing new opportunities to work with regional businesses.

In her spare time, blink and you may miss Christina whizzing past on her bike, or spot her in a local deli sampling new cheeses (dedicated veggie!). Christina is also actively involved in supporting emerging artists, organising regular art projects and exhibitions in the South West.

  • Lynda Davies

Lynda joined Xchangeteam in 2009 having worked in recruitment since 1993.  Providing vital support to consultants in the South West as well as candidates and clients alike, she feels she would be hard pushed to find a job that she enjoyed more!  The diversity of her job is enormous, ranging from arranging and attending industry events to credit control; there are never two days the same!  Working in Marketing, PR and Creative recruitment is what she enjoys the most and has been doing since 2001.

In her spare time Lynda loves to spend time on the sidelines cheering on her 2 boys who are avid football players.  A keen horse woman by nature, football is definitely not something she thought she would ever embrace; how children change things!
